Terms & Condition

Eligibility – Individual and Company (Allocated IPO by MITI or Investment Bank)

Minimum Facility – 20,000

Margin of Financing- 60% of IPO Price or Subscription Amount

Tenure – 2 Months from disbursement date

Repayment – Bullet payment from the sales proceed of IPO shares

Required Documents
  • Photocopy of NRIC / Passport / Armed Forces or Police Personnel Authority Card
  • Photocopy of Salary Slip (2 months) / Bank Statement (3 months) * or EA Form or Proof of Other Income
  • Allocation Letter / Offer Letter (Private Placement) from MITI or Investment Bank
  • Letter on confirming acceptance of Allotment
